Im Sport ist Spicy ein Traum!

Ich trainiere Spice im Obedience und ihr bedingungsloses Engagement, ihre Motivation und Konzentrationsfähigkeit lassen jedes Training Spaß machen. Sie ist von Anfang an aufmerksam, reaktionsschnell und ausdauernd. Sie liebt ihre Aufgaben, kann gut mit Frust umgehen und auch unter großer Ablenkung zuverlässig arbeiten.

Ich führe Spicy nur auf wenigen Prüfungen und das wird auch so bleiben, da unser Schwerpunkt im englischen Obedience liegt und wir die weiten Strecken nur fahren, wenn auch alles gut klappt.
Auch unter Prüfungsatmosphäre arbeitet sie absolut zuverlässig und leidenschaftlich. Ich hatte noch bei keinem meiner Hunde so sehr das Gefühl, dass ich mich darauf verlassen kann, dass alles klappt.

Spice gewinnt in England C und holt somit ihre erste Quali für die Ticket-Klasse.

Oktober 2013
Spice holt mit einem 3. Platz und einem weiteren 1. Platz die beiden nächsten Qualis für die Ticket-Klasse.

März 2014
Als Teammitglied des deutschen Crufts Obedience World Cup Teams sammelt Spicy wichtige Punkte für das Team und sichert uns in der Mannschaftswertung den 4. Platz.
In der Einzelwertung belegen wir Platz 3.

Mai 2014
Mit einem weiteren Sieg in Open C holt Spicy die letzte Qualifikation für die Ticketklasse.

Ab jetzt dürfen wir in Championship C um eines der begehrten Tickets für die Crufts mitlaufen!

Spicy läuft bei ihrem ersten Auftritt auf den Crufts Championships der Hündinnen eine fantastische Runde und wir müssen am späten Nachmittag ins Run-Off um das Reserve CC. Entschieden wird durch die Fußarbeit und am Ende ist es nur noch eine Stilfrage. Spicy und ich belegen einen großartigen 3. Platz!

Update 2017

Spicy und ich sind letztes Jahr einige Male in England gestartet. Leider hat es nicht für ein Ticket gereicht. Bedingt durch meine Babypause hatte Spicy wirklich deutlich zu wenig Training und lief trotzdem einfach traumhaft. Unsere Wackelübung die Distanzkontrolle haben wir leider immer noch nicht komplett im Griff und sie kostete uns das eine oder andere Ticket… autsch…

Den Winter habe ich genutzt um viel an der Distanzkontrolle zu arbeiten und die anderen Übungen auf dem Standard zu halten. Ich freue mich riesig auf die neue Saison und auch wenn Spicy dieses Jahr schon 9 Jahre alt wird, ist sie topfit und ich hoffe sehr, dass wir noch einmal ein Ticket (oder noch lieber 2) gewinnen können. Keep on dreaming!
